O. Lloyd Peters is founder and co-owner of Peters CPA. A 2005 graduate from Midwestern State University and license CPA since 2011, Lloyd has been defined as a problem solver, strategic and result oriented accounting expert. With over ten years' of extensive experience in accounting and taxation Mr. Peters prides himself in providing solutions to businesses that struggle in tax preparation and management. Lloyd is also a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In his spare time, Lloyd enjoys assisting nonprofit organization such as Habitat for Humanity and Operation Christmas Child.
Dina Wei, MPA
Dina Wei is co- owner and Managing Partner of Peters CPA. After obtaining her Master degree in accounting n 1993 from West Texas A&M University Dina has gain her financial management experience working in both the public and private sector. Methodical, organized, detailed oriented, and passionate are just some of the many attributes that has allowed Dina to be identified as the top choice for assisting with the ramp up of several accounting startup organizations. With over 20 years of experience Dina has acquired the knowledge necessary to improve performance and realized goal. If she is not working, Dina loves to travel with her three children and enjoying the arts of Broadway shows and she also volunteer her time at her local church and Operation Christmas Child.
Mason Tripp a native Texan, has over twenty years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. His attention to detail, organizational skills, and friendly style for providing client services assures the highest quality in his work. He is proficient in both Howell Client Accounting software and QuickBooks. In his free time Mason enjoys playing trombone in a local community band and is the usher coordinator for a prominent community theater group. Mason resides in Dallas.
